(1) For the cover and format of thesis/dissertation, refer to NCUT “Thesis/Dissertation Format Regulation”.

(2) Do not paginate the cover page.

(3) The year on the cover page and back page of hardcopy thesis/dissertation must be the actual published year (the year the paper is printed). Do not use academic year.

(4) The color of the thesis/dissertation should be selected according to what the graduate institute regulates.
