Part-time teachers applying for a Library Card:

(1) Fill out the application form and have it stamped by a departmental (graduate institute's) director.

(2) Apply at the Circulation Desk on the ground floor. With the application form, you will need to provide a 1-inch headshot and your ID card. You can then borrow books with the Library Card; the effective period to use your Library Card is the same as that described on the appointment letter. For the renewal of the contract, you do not need to re-apply for the Library Card.
