Can I still borrow books from the Library after I submit the thesis/dissertation and complete the Library school-leaving procedure?
No.
After the school-leaving procedure is complete, you will become a graduate (equivalent of a visitor).
Your student ID card will not be functional for Library access nor for the loaning books.
