▋ Thesis/Dissertation Resubmission

1. If you would like to resubmit your thesis/dissertation or make any changes (content edit, authorization edit, etc.) when the electronic thesis/dissertation has already passed library review and the printed thesis/dissertation has be submitted to the Library, please fill in the "Application for Replacement of Existing Thesis/Dissertation", "NCUT Application Form for Thesis/Dissertation Resubmission" and “NCUT Application Form for E-Thesis/Dissertation Resubmission” .

2. The application form must be signed by you, your advisor and the director of the Graduate Institute as well as obtained the consent of your department which affixes its stamp on it, submit your application to the Library.

3. If there are multiple advisors, only one advisor's signature is needed. If the advisor is not available, please have the head of department sign instead (with the advisor's authorization).

4. Thesis/Dissertation resubmission procedure

(1) Exchange Printed Dissertation

Bring the personal ID card, "Application for Replacement of Existing Thesis/Dissertation" , "NCUT Application Form for Thesis/Dissertation Resubmission" and the modified printed dissertation (two copies) to the library.

(2) Exchange Digital Dissertation

Bring the completed “NCUT Application Form for E-Thesis/Dissertation Resubmission” and the digital file of the modified dissertation to the library.
